These Information Sheets are a great handout to provide to participants of a CISM intervention. Because the are full color and on heavier stock paper, participants tend to keep them for a long time. The Information Sheets provide key signs and symptoms of stress, to be on the lookout for, after a trauma or crisis event. CISM Peers can use these sheets during the Teaching Phase of the intervention. There is also space available for you to put the contact information of your CISM Team.
