Whether you are a seasoned CISM Team member or just getting started, these Facilitator Pocket Guides are a great way to ensure you do the Intervention correctly, each time, every time! Give your CISM team the confidence they need to facilitate a CISM intervention. These cards follow the Mitchell Model. The Facilitator and/or CISM Team Peers can have a Facilitator Pocket Guide, in hand, while conducting the intervention. The pocket guide helps prevent omitting any of the phases within the intervention, as well as not leaving out important information that needs to be communicated during the Introduction Phase.
These cards are 4 ½ X 6 ½ inches in size, with rounded corners, and fit easily into a pocket or purse. They are also laminated so they will last and not get torn. Each set comes with a blue envelope so you can keep track of you Facilitator Pocket Guides.
