Fuzzy is a great instructor, very knowledgeable, & no nonsense kind of guy. The Group & Individual crisis management was one of the most beneficial classes I’ve taken in my peer / chaplaincy career. It is filled with relevant life experience stories, interactive thinking, & full of opportunities to practice the skills learned in the course.
